I have come to more intimately appreciate the axiom "Fear and Peace cannot co-exist." Cultivating a peaceful heart is the fearless path. Noon today a woman was waxing on abou the 1st step how it begins with the word 'we.' I've heard this countless times. Then I thought in active addiction there is no 'we' there is only this wanting 'I' never satisfied . . . in prepetual aggitation. Where there is this 'I' there is fear and agitation - in 'we' there is Peace.'
